Canyon speedmax 2016/2017 not compatible with R9100?
Hi,
I have just bought a (second hand) Canyon SpeedMax CF framset R41. It is either a 2016 or 2017 model, not sure.

When trying to mount my new Dura Ace (R9100) front derailleur I wasn't able to get it to fit. The rear part of the derrailleur (wire canal) sits agains the plate of the hanger.
Any advice?

By the looks of your photo you are holding it with the rear of the derailleur inwards so of coarse it will hit.
Did you actually try fitting it?

Yes, I did try to fit it. When I did that the derailleur wasn't parallel to the chainrings.

Did you back the support bolt out before you tried fitting it?
Undo it until it is flush with the backplate.

Try using one of those front derailleur wedges. SRAM or Rotor has some. It could push it far enough out to clear the plate.

Will probably go with that solution but hopefully Canyon has som better idea on how to solve it. I am quite sure that my frame is a 2017 make and by that time the R9100 was already released.
