A training buddy is offering me his older bike since he upgraded and we are about the same height. What we are both unsure of is whether it could ever even fit me really. We simply set the saddle height roughly and took this video. I am not really looking for a true "critique my fit" so much as hoping that the ST cognoscenti can tell me if it's worth buying this bike and getting it fit and dialed for me. Can this bike be made to work for me?

You can make it fit, but it is definitely small for you. I'd recommend looking for something else.
