I've been noticing some pain between my shoulder blades and neck while in aero position. The more I seem to think about it, I've noticed that I really protract my shoulders when aero to prop myself up (opposite of pinching your shoulder blades). Some of this may be due to too close aerobar elbow pads, but even then, I still seem to really protract.
Is this common? I've read a bunch on aero position and hip angles, head position, etc., but nothing on shoulder stability. Maybe just personal preference, but I was curious to see if most people sit with their shoulder bladed retracted (pinched), which appears more relaxed.
