Headed down to Raleigh next weekend for the 70.3 as my tuneup race for Lake Placid. Did Steelhead last year and had a blast. Super excited for Raleigh.

Any intel y'all can share? All I've heard is the swim can be choppy, the bike is fun, and the run is hot as hell!
