I haven't run since Monday, and I'm wanting to get one in. Can't though, cuz I'm tapering for a swim meet tomorrow.
What the hell? I want to go for a run. The feeling is weird...
On another note, I've been kinda in and out of tri's for years. I think I have it worked out now how I can be more consistent with training over the long term (only took me 30 years to figure it out) so for you fast guys out there, how long did it take before you considered yourself to be "pretty good at this"?
