So... There's no real other way of explaining it.
Yesterday, I was doing the awesome Triatlo Longo de SetĂºbal, and 10k into the run, I start getting this sharp pain kind of like on the kidney area, but more towards the front of the body. If I slowed down the run, the pain would start to fade away, but after I pick up the pace, it would come back again, up to the point where I had to bend down for the pain to go away.
I thought it was something related with the intestine, but it was weird that it went away if I stopped, and more towards the half marathon, the pain went away.
Has anyone had this?
