To cut to the chase: has anyone seen the "brake strength invalid" error when doing a factory spindown on their KICKR and/or a fix for it?

So far Wahoo support has been great at being responsive and stepping my through troubleshooting.

However, I've been out of town several times during the exchange of emails...so the troubleshooting has gone on for several weeks now.

Not their fault, but I'm getting impatient to ride inside (especially with the heavy rain and 50 mph winds predicted around here)...

Interested if there's any cheat codes to just skip to the fix vs. having to ship it to them or the like.
