Treat employees well and they are loyal and perform. I don't know why this concept is lost on so many big and small businesses.

My Physical Therapist has a cheese burger from McDonalds sitting on his shelf for the past 7 yrs. I honestly don't think they serve food made safe for humans, (pink slime).
