I found a few places that still sold parts but it was basically what they had in stock. If they were out of stock you were out of luck.
The stupid fuse was soldered to a small system board. What I ended up doing is buying a fuse and a fuse holder and just jerry-rigging the thing to route around the old fuse. It's been working like that for the past year.
It's probably a horrible fire hazard (or an excellent fire hazard, if you prefer).
