I depends on the spokes. The hub holes can be slotted and will accept any spoke. For oval spokes most will fit as is. For flat bladed spokes (which are pretty rare nowadays) they definately won't fit without slotting.

A good bike shop can do it. You might have to search a bit. Their is a tool specifically designed for it. look for a tri shop which specializes in custom aero wheels.
