1. Email QR and ask them.
2. Most things I've read say go by weight more than height.
3. Maybe order both and send back the one that doesn't fit
4. Lose 5lbs and geat the MS

what model suit are you looking at? I am 165lbs and wear a Medium Superfull/ HydroFull. The Ultrafulls are a little less flexible and you may want to consider getting the larger suit. It really depends on body proportions, body mass makeup, etc... My 165lbs is not your 165lbs for example. I would call a place and order 2 or 3 suits and make sure they are okay with that and have you send the others back after trying them on. Most places are good with that but it is nice to tell them upfront.
