I have the CDale Furio frame on my F600 and it has been crashed numerous times without denting. It is a very good hardtail frame. That said I am thinking about going to a CDale Rush or Prophet next year. It is bumpy as hell in the canadian rocky's and 110-140mm of rear suspension would be really nice. - FWIW the white does look really good.

I just bought a Specialized Stumpjumper hardtail...2005 model at closeout for $1,100. I like Specialized mt bikes, and the Stumpjumper is a lot of bike for the money.

well, I ordered the C-dale F1000 in white, it will be here by the end of the month. I was pleading in the background, and they still would not paint it pink. DAMNIT! lol...

it will be a good first bike for me, and I'm stoked.

Thanks for the advice everyone!

To match your white bike with blue letters do this kit (www.velobella.com :

or this (and their team races Cannondale's as well: www.mtbchick.com ):

and you can get this helmet:

And you should be stylin' on the trails :-)

You can find lots of pink and other feminine-looking stuff to wear here: www.teamestrogen.com

Have fun with the bike, always wear your helmet and gloves and stay away from singlespeeders with 29 inch wheels ;-)

Congrats Kittycat. Have fun on the trails. Nothing like getting a little dirty and mtbking can take you to some beautiful places.

I for one like my C'dales. Have a "vintage" SuperV2000 circa 1995 that is almost still stock, that has been through many rough and tough terrain and seen its share of crashes. Still a wonderful bike.

thank you, thank you. i'm excited...and my physical therapist was so happy to hear about my plans for off road racing this morning. since it's a "comeback year", he says off road will only help me, and he is in big favor of it. besides, i like getting muddy and playing in the woods! :)
