"Hmmmm, tough call. Peter Gabriel's music in the Genesis days was not as complex, but his story telling and showmanship were much better. I saw him at Giants Stadium at the Amnesty International show (with Bruce, The Police, and U2) and his politicking kind of got in the way."

I was there, too, and Bruce didn't play at the 1986 Amnesty show at Giants Stadium. I thought the highlights of the show were Gabriel, Lou Reed, the Police reunion, and Miles with Santana joining in. I just acquired a video of the Police's set from that night.

Motley Crue v. Ratt v. Poison

Battle Royale.

Winner gets GNR.

The fight no one comes to see, "Dokken v. Iron Maiden"

You could say CCR, but no one ever "undiscovers them", they're always a keeper.

Gabriel was just one weird mofo when he was in Genesis and the music was not that good. It wasn't terrible, but too "It's the 70's and we are trying to be weird and create art."
