Just got an email from a local triathlete, Michael Perlberg, who just completed a cross country trip on his PC's. I think he is just over a year on his PC's. Here is his note to us:
"just thought i'd let you know i finished my cross country trip, averaging just over 82 miles a day, totaling 4,369 miles. The cranks held up just fine. I ended up pulling about 55-60 lbs of gear and food. highest point was just under 11,541 feet, with about 10 passes over 8,000 feet. i'm feeling pretty strong now so hopefully this will translate to some faster bike splits, we'll see. also, i'm running a 5k tomorrow and have not run in over 2 months, only 3 times since july 31st, so i'll let you know how well i run without running, just pc'ing."
Any predictions on how the run will go?
