i can't find anywhere any printed rules in english at least that reference any federation rules. does the etu have rules? i can't find rules on bta's website, and the danish website is, of course, in danish.

i'm wondering about any federation's rules that incorporate:

1. the penalty lap
2. yellow/red card

any help out there?
