i'm thinking about a new bike for next year and since there is no chance for a test ride, I have to plan carefully what I need.
On my previous bike I had to tweak a little with stem size until I reached a good position. Now I want to keep this position on the new one, but I would prefer a better matching frame.

My first question is regarding the frame height (stack). Right now I have a Syntace Streamliner, for the new bike I am thinking about the HED arobars. How much more stack should I consider to balance the different height of the aerobar?

I now, how far forward I want to have my bar. But how much of this distance should be the reach of the frame and how much should be stem length? For a large road bike a 130mm stem would be standard. What stem length should be considered normal on a large tri-bike?
