How many of you Aussies or Kiwis saw the cup today? Was it not phenomenal? I went to the races here in Auckland, managed to pick up some of the trifecta in the big race so that was all good, but saints alive what a horse....
3 Melbourne cups. Unthinkable, really.

What a horse, I had goosebumps when the race was on.
Drew Makeby in a sweep, Im in Melb, so for weeks and all this week everything is Spring racing carnival.
Biggest sporting event in Australia the Melbourne Cup, really does stop a nation, they said over 70 million on the cup alone at the TAB...Huge.
Backed a couple of other winners during the day, so a good result for me.
Never see anything like it ever again...truely amazing
