workouts during the week

Hey,

During the week, I only have 60-70 min to workout do to time restraints, but on the

weekend I can fit in 3-4 hour workouts no problem.

Is it better to do a swim followed by a 30 min run, or bike 30-40 min. then run for 30-

40 min., or do you guys think it's better to just run/bike/swim for 1:00-1:15 each day?

What do most of you guys do during the week?

i think if your time is so limited you should stick to one sport per workout.
Way too much time is spent in preperation for workout, traveling to workout etc and doing two sports just makes it worse.
