Hey, That's Friday right?

I see it listed as 8am - 11am.

So you are going to do a swim? How long? I probably need to get in the Ocean, but don't want to do too much. It would be fun to have a SlowTwitch swim that morning!

I'm going to make a post about a seperate meeting, and maybe with Andy's meeting, and the HalfSpeed Swim[tm] heh, we can at least catch a good bit of the ST'ers who are going to be there.

Yep, Friday. I'll probably swim out to the turn buoy and back. Have to check out the sighting for the return swim and the bottom contour heading out. That'll work up a good pancake appetite! I hope they have lot's of orange juice! Grapefruit juice would be even better - mmmmm fresh squeezed!

Sunday, Nov. 6th
All day, stumble around like a zombie.

8:00 PM Post Race Gig Spinnaker Beach Club

the ability to sell liquor on Sundays, and at what time they can start, is a county by county thing in Florida. I cant imagine they wont be serving after Noon.
