After much practice on old bikes, my bikes, and friend's bikes... I completed a soup to nuts overhaul of my tri bike today without any mistakes.

From disassembly to riding took me 6 hours (which is fast for me). What I did:
- new Ultegra front/rear brakes
- new Dura-Ace front/rear derailleur
- new Wippermann 9x1 stainless chain
- new FSA Pro Team Issue carbon crank
- new FSA Ti BB
- new Profile Design BDC fork (this took me the longest, removing the headset was a bitch)

Once I get the new tires loaded on my race wheels I'll take a pic and post. I guess this saved me the time and money of getting a tune-up before IMFL.

Good work and keep going. No matter how much you think you know, you'll still make mistakes and learn new things (part of this has to do with so much new technology coming out all the time). Do you have a headset press?
