Sickness. Help pleaase I want to train.

recently just after my half iron in ottawa, on the way back home I had the worst cough which has now developed into a bad cold. I want to train as the montreal triathlon is on the 17th and I have to duel it out with another guy on my team. What do you guys recommend, this evening I was out and felt fine doing 60k on the bike and a 5 k run after. But now that im home i'm in such a disastrous state. Definitely a buckleys night. Can you guys recommend anything to keep me on my feet? or is it not an option?
