Has anyone experienced cramps under their rib cage (bottom right side) while swimming? It usually occurs after about 20 minutes of continuous swimming. It usually gets very painful where I need to stop and rest for a few minutes while it subsides.

yes...same spot for me...and usually it totally screws up food digestion and the cramp returns immediately upon running..which hoses my run. I was hoping bilateral breathing would correct it. Maybe I'll just have to start breathing totally on the left side.
