If you're spending a lot of money, Quebec location is the one to go to. Only one sales tax.

There's also MEC, Bushtaka on Richmond Rd.

Pecco's has been known to be very LATE on race mornings.

If its not too "tri-specific" the cyclery on bank street has a lot of stuff as well albeit more road orientated but they have good selection of tires, tubes, CO2 etc as well as "nutrition"
