Establishing Zones from lactate numbers
Does anyone know some good sites for establishing the correct E zones based on power and lactate figures? I have a Compu and recently bought myself a PT and LactatePro testing unit to do my own tests (with a little help) but was wondering how to use the numbers to come up with some zones.

Reason being is that previously I have done a lab based test as part of an experiment and the zones the guy gave me were different to the ones my coach gave me (at the time) based on the same numbers so looking for some help.

do you mean Lactate zones? HR zones? Power zones?

Lactate I use something like this (more sport specific):

sub 2.5m/Ml endurance/tempo

~2.5-4.0m/Ml threshold ( a bit higher for XC skiing)

4.0-8.0m/Ml V02maz type training

Not sure if that is what you are after. You can e-mail if you want more explaination on these, I have used a lactate pro for about 5+ years.
