Just imagine how much faster that piker woulda been on a Cervelo? ;-)

Whoever that is obviously cannot TT very well with that horrible of a position. I mean look how upright that position is. If I had to venture a guess I would bet he was the guy who crashed twice and changed bikes four times. He also is in serious need of a disc wheel. Any idea where he ended up finishing?

;-)

I follow the Lemming...His position is terrible, perhaps we can help him with our observations that his seat is too high. The nerve of that guy, slack seat angle, back not flat, no rear disk as was previously noted, poor fashion sense with the tall sock tan lines, poor color coordination (that helmet looks goofy with that yellow skin suit top). Definitely a poseur, Trek bike instead of a real TT bike, Nike gear, I could go on and on.

Who is this guy? He'll obviously never be a good TT'r much less a triathlete of our caliber...

...no kidding eh! He's so scary good that he could probably do it again. What is sad is that you could see that he had almost no motivation this year but still managed to toy with his competitors. It's good though that he is bowing out on top- that makes it unique.

Going shirtless in France should be against the law.

Oh, and the grass is greener on the other side of the ridge.

I was scrolling through those pictures and, while everyone is grimacing while hammering the pace, check out Hinacpie

Basso always seem to have that dumb grin on his face or maybe it's some sort of quasi-grimace.

that's cool to see of George... I always am cracking jokes out on the course and talking... yak yak yak... grining and goofing off.... makes it more fun that way.
