I've tried a few shoes with the single strap and found them to be too large in the toe area. I'm from a cycling background and I guess I'm used to tight shoes. Other than the sidi t-1 and the new specialized trivent shoes, are there any other double closure shoes to look at. I checked a few retailers but single straps seem to rule. No need for carbon sole.

The sole delaminated from the upper on my old race shoes 3/4 of the way, so tri specific shoes are what I'm looking for, unless shoe goo can save these. But new ones would be nice.
