This killed me this morning. I was sitting and talking at work to a marathoner about my taper for the atomic man 1/2 this coming Sunday when one of the other people at the table had some questions about triathlon and the distances etc. I was trying to explain and he interupted me " No, I mean how many days off do you have between each part?" Very amusing.

As a side note, I am hating the taper. Can you say grouchy, fatiqued and hungry? To top it all off it is a dreary, rainy day here. I'm trying to take solace in the fact that people tell me that the above feelings mean the taper is going as it should.
