was just wondering if the cover would fit a rear cosmos wheel. i do plan on using some thin electrical tape to seal the outer circumference shut but other than this will there be anything else i will have to do to make it fit properly?

I used these this way with a box Mavic rim. Probably didn't even need the tape since the fit was quite good. You will have to replace the tape every now and then.
BTW, Cobb says the covers work just as well as any other disc if there is a good seal with the cover and the rim circumference.May not have the cool factor of a Zipp disc but a lot cheaper and just as fast.
