Fast 5000m at USATF last night
This is one of the fastest 5k's run on US soil....... ever. Take away the top 3 times and it would still be a very fast race. I am guessing this is the fastest time run in the US since 1984 when Said Aouita won the Olympic Games.

All politics aside regarding whether or not he should be eligible, I'd like to have seen the times had Lagat been in there. I think he ran about the same time at SAC as Broe did last night. That guy has got to be one of the smoothest runners I've ever seen. Of course, maybe he would have just opted to run the 1500 and not the 5000.
