I swear by plain old coconut oil for my face and skin :) and I typically use it as a deep conditioner once a week to keep my hair soft. I haven't had a real haircut in almost 2 years so my hair length is slightly longer than my waist and it still looks healthy! And its the only thing that gets the dry chlorine feeling off my skin after I've showered.

For those experiencing the joys of perimenopause acne around the mouth... I recommend CeraVe, available at Costco. It smells a bit like pee (urea) but doesn't make me break out and moisturizes very well.

I've used this. It is useful for my skin. I've advised my friends use to take care skin daily.
Thanks god I have finally found a 100% cream for my sensitive skin, Pure Chimp Super Cream.
