Just read the installment on therapy for us aging atheletes where Mr Empfield scoffed at the idea of competitive stretching. Well let me tell you it has arrived! There is now such a thing as competitve yoga. Ran across an article not long ago, but didn't bother reading it since the concept seemed too out there for me.

But yoga could be added to the list of theraputic activities. I know it has helped me a lot.
