Ch- aero cover questions

A few questions for STers who use a Ch-aero cover:

1-Where can I get some technical info about this product? When i google it the only tangible link I get leads to the Excellsports website.

2-Can I fit one on a mavic Cxp 33 rim? (I know it may not work with deep rims, the cxp 33 is around 25 mm deep).

3-Can I fit one on a wheel that features bladed spokes?

4- Is spoking patern material in this respect? )

5- Once you have installed the aero cover, can you remove it every now and then, and put it back only when you need it?

Thanks and warm regards from France!

I guess I'll have to order them from the US... (UK maybe?)

Continental Europe is not the best place to find TT / tri products.

I just purchased one from Wheelbuilder.com. for $65 including all hardware.

Easy instalation and for the price you can't beat the value if you want to maximize the use of your power tap. Richard at Wheelbuilder is easy to deal with, responsive, and spot on on his cutting. I am running a Mavic Open Pro without problems.

Yes, it can be removed in about 10 minutes (requires removing the casette).

Will be racing mine Sunday...

Cheers

1) These were actually tested against a Zipp disc in a wind tunnel. Very positive result. The test is available for a few dollars on this site. http://www.biketechreview.com/tunnel_main.htm

2) Works best with a box rim, but some people trim the bottom to fit an aero rim.

3) No problems

4) No.

5) Yes. They are very easy to take off/put back on.
