I have used Panaracer flataway tire liners for a while now. They've worked great as far as reducing punctures (I've had 1 in 2 years) but reading in this forum got me thinking. Does anyone know how detrimental the effects are to my rolling resistance by using these kevlar inserts. They weigh about 25g a piece and they're soft (not the compressed kevlar like in spin skins). Thanks for your help!
