race - Ugh. Swim was fine, but I had zero oomph on the bike. Thinking I still haven't recovered from last week. Was still doing okay halfway into the run (4th/19), but then the bbq chicken pizza that I'd eaten for both dinner and breakfast came back to haunt me. (Long story, but yeah, that was not a good idea...) I have never cramped like that, it was terrible - lower ab cramps, high left side stitch, couldn't breathe. Finished 6/19 women, 58/107 overall.
Goals for this week:
Switching it up a bit since I have no more races for this year.
