A quick question:
I share Slowman's concern about shedding fat and not lean mass.
If, during my diet, I either keep generating the same levels of power for given durations or better increase the levels, is it a real indicator that i am not losing muscle mass?
Do you think it possible to lose some fat while gaining some watts or is it utopia? I seem to, but it might only be that I am much more motivated and focused on the bike now that I have started dieting and that I did not train hard enough before.
