Waited to post this question till after the Tour. Great article on LeWedge. Got my hand on some and use two shims per shoe. My question is, did you raise your seat up? Looks like the shims added about 2mm.

FWIW, as soon as I tried the lewedge, I experienced zero knee pain. So far these are working great.
