Repairing cuts in tubulars
Inspecting my tubies this morning (conti sprinters), I found a few cuts in the casing. They aren't flat, so obviously the cuts don't go all the way through. Is there any way to fix these, or do they just need to be replaced?

I've never tried it but I recall a posting on this topic a while back where Shoe Goo was recommended to fill in small cuts.

There is actually a place that repairs flat or cut tubular tires (1 - $20, 2 or more - $15 each) Tire Alert. Their website is www.tirealert.com and number 800-735-5516. They do a good job.
