I have it and I thought it was really good. The main coach on the dvd - Ken Mierckle also wrote a book that I just finished and thought was really good. Its from VeloPress and called the Triathlete's Guide to Run Training.

I am sidelined with a knee injury. I am thinking that the video may help me learn to run better. I ran Highschool Cross Cuntry and Track, but now in my mid 30's injuries are more likely. What did you get from the video?

The video's focus is running technique. The main points I got were that you should land on your forefoot, run at a high cadence with short strides, don't overstride, and actually start pulling back before hitting the ground with your foot. I have read a lot about correct running technique, but it is helpful to see it live.
