deriving power zones from tri data
I don't test my CP60/CP30 all that often. I have some data from a sprint tri i did last week. Will this tell me anything about my zones (i.e. have they changed significantly)

Here is the data. i edited out the start and finish of the bike leg as they were twisty / turny wet and gravely for the first 1/2 mile out and back and nobody could maintain race power.

the race was a 500yd pool swim / 15 mile bike / 4 mile run. i took the bike pretty steady and conservative and ran well (5:45 pace and felt great, not pushed at all, could have held it a few more miles)

AVG PWR: 289 watts

max pwr: 553 watts

distance: 20.71 km

time: 30:37

avg cad: 78

sorry no HR data....

The last test i did was the increase 100 watts every minute thing and had a MAP of 362 with a 40K tt zone between 260-278....

let me know if this "means" anything
