Anyone out there know the status of LVL regarding racing for the 2005 season? Did Hawaii do him in? I'd hate to see the last picture of him being the one where he and Lessing are sitting under the shade tree.

can't answer your question but coincidentally i was watching the hawaii dvd this morning and that image of them talking on the side of the road always makes me laugh. is it coincidence that they both stopped at the same time in the same place or did they have a conversation:
lvl: i'll stop if you stop
lessing: okay, you first.
lvl: no you first.
lessing: no you.
lvl: let's do it together. 1... 2... 3... STOP
they both put their bikes down and hug. the end.

He's racing St Croix 1/2 IM according to the race website...

This info is throught the grapevine, but I heard that his sponsors stuck by him and that he is looking forward to 2005.
I also heard that he will race more, aiming for consistent results, rather than focusing on Hawaii as virtually his only high-profile event.
I really hope he comes back on top!
