OK, so I have a new frame and fork- including the stem and head set. I'm starting the build-up phase.

I would like to ask, as a percentage of the total, where would you invest your money.

I have a set budget and I need the following:

Brakes _______

Derailleur _______

Cranks _______
BB _______

Base +
Aero bar _______

brk handle_______
shifter _______

Total 100%

Mind you, this will not be a dream set-up. I'm looking for the best price/perfromance for speed. As a starting point, the derailleur will most likely be Ultegra.

Which begs the question, upgrade the der. to dura-ace or 10spd and go with cheaper crank and BB. Or, upgrade the cranks to dura-ace/carbon and stick with 9 spd ultegra der. Or, Carbon X up front and ultegra for cranks and der. Or, ... you get the picture.
