Any recommendations on where to buy a quality bike jersey? Which leads me to ask: what makes for a good jersey?

One that looks good (at least to you), is colorful enough so cars can see you, and fits in a manner you deam to be tight enough. More recreational riders may not want a super tight jersey as they could care less about being aero.
Something made from a good technical material, something with no large logos on it so you can go racing at a USCF race, 3/4 length zipper, three pockets in the rear, lower in the back than the front (so your back is covered while in the drops), and preferrably tight-ish.
