OT - blogging
hey bloggers...

i want to start logging my daily training and diet - mostly to make me more accountable to me and to my coach. i think there are sites out there that do a lot of the work for you. i would just need basic text, photo album, and, i'm wondering if anyone has the ability to set up some fields for daily update that are included every day, like:

swim
bike
run
cross-train
calories
rhr

i don't know...something along that line. i'm thinking if i set it up so that i have to fill it out every day, i will actually do it instead of just not including it for that day (i'm missing that discipline tri-gene most of you folks have - i have to trick my feeble brain into some of this stuff).

any favorites out there? also, if you have your own i could check out to steal ideas....i mean....admire....that would be cool too. ;)

cheers

I am testing Nokon cables on my new blog: http://biketestblog.blogspot.com/

I have also started doing audio blogs, so all of you can make fun of my accent.
