Right now I'm spinning easy 1-2 days a week and swimming 3 days a week. I don't push the spin but I do push a little in the swims. The only medical advice I was giving was; don't over heat, don't have an accident (so no biking outside) and don't push it to hard.
For those of you that have been through this (HAPPY Moms day!!!) and what tips or advice do you have for the last few months?? What were you favorite workouts?? And when did you have to stop flip turning!
