Saddlebag for tubular?
All,

I noticed that at IMH Norman Stadler had a saddle bag that fit his tubular tire and didn't look too cumbersome. Any idea who made it? What other bags work with tubular tires.

I now know how to fold them to become small enough to strap to saddle rails but I am concerned about were to put co2, adapters, etc.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Neal Dunn

Tufo makes a nice Tubular bag for under the seat. It'll hold some CO2 and some sealant as well.

Another kudos for the Tufo bag. Very nice product....

Or, buy some electrical tape.

Thanks for the info. The bag looks pretty big.

What do you think of pinarello's bag or SciCon's?

I haven't seen the Pinarello bag, but it would only look appropriate on a Pinarello. The SciCon stuff is very nice as well, I like their products and look forward to selling their stuff some day. The Tufo bag uses a "cinch" to close down to as small a cross section as you need. It is very narrow as well.

I use an old sock (black) and a toe strap and have done so since the 60's. Cheap, secure, and almost blends in with the bike. Aloha G

I think this bag is made for Tufo by Jandd. Slightly different graphics if you want another option. When I got mine- it came in plain black- no graphics at all.

I though that's the only reason why they still make and sell toe straps ;)
