Can anybody recommend some excellent cycling routes anywhere in Florida or South Georgia that have little or no traffic? Thanks!

There is a route that between Tallahassee, FL and Thomasville, GA that is frequented by cyclist. Very little traffic. You can ride two wide for most of the ride. Its called the Food Lion route. (A grocery store used as the starting point north of Tallahassee.) Check the Capital City Cyclist for details. There's a 35 and 70 mile route. The pavement is not marked, so you should find someone to ride with that knows the routes. You'll see more cyclist than cars doing either of those routes.
I ride some on Rt 13 near St Augustine, FL. It runs along the St Johns River and has little to no traffic. I ride from downtown St Augustine (historic district) west, about 16 miles, to Rt 13 and along the river either north or south. There are a few other roads you can take to make a loop. Its a very nice ride without tons of cars. Its very much country roads.
