My wife is fixated on giving this healthy pre-prepared meals thing a try. Does anyone have any feedback on the program? Is the food good? Does it pay for part of itself by needing to buy less groceries? Anything you care to share with me is appreciated.

I don't know anything about the "Seattle Sutton" but have be pre-preparing meals for each work week. What I've found is it is easier to control my weight, saves money (staying out of the lunchroom/fast food places) and I get what I want. The savings: two days fast food/take out/local pub = five days pre made lunches.
