You can get them in the USA. Your LBS can order them from Sinclair Imports.

So I understand these things maximize the power part of the pedal stroke, but somewhat differently than RCs. I’d love to be able to just try one of these gizmos without forking over hundreds of $. It’s essentially just a chainring replacement? What’s the approximate price for these, anybody.

Approximately $160US based on the Euro price on the manufacturer's website.

If you can't find a place to order them, the veloswap is coming up... keep an eye out for some chainrings labeled "biopace". Same-same, only 20 years old. They are shimano so they'll work on your crankarms.
