Listen bud, You don't know how much I love my two daughters. They are mainly the reason I have changed my lifestyle and went from being an obese person to the in shape person I am now. I love them dearly and would never take anything away from them. The reason I can't afford a bike, is BECAUSE, I'm spending the money on Health insurance out of our savings, instead of spending it on tri stuff. I had to sell a lot of my old band equipment and older computers I've had, as well as an old Mtn. Bike to get the things I've used in my tri quest so far. I haven't spent a nickle of our savings on this stuff. So don't talk about what you don't know about.

Mr. Tibbs, if you decide to go with someone else, hey man, that's cool, I just couldn't stand by and let someone give me crap about something that is 100% completely untrue.

If I would've been unemployed for 2+ years, I wouldn't have spent money on IMFL & Gym fees. Especially when I had a family to support.

I'll drop it. My value system is just different.

As a "johnny come lately" myself who's been out there "doing it" I will say that I myself didn't post here for the longest time because I didn't feel I had much to offer this place given how experienced everyone seems. I have, however, gained an immense amount of knowledge from this place, without which I would not be out there "doing it" today. The offer Tibbs proposed would help me fulfill my goals, which is why everyone else posted as well -- or so I'm guessing. I completely understand everyone's logic behind not voting for someone new to these parts, just wanted everyone to realize those who are new posters may not be doing it just for opportunistic reasons as is often suspected.

With that said, my lurker vote goes to DavHamm.

PS. Should for some crazy turn of events, I actually get the bike, I'll be more than happy to surrender her(it?) back to "The Board" for another needy soul once my IMFL is finished. As a matter of fact, I'll definately do that.

Also, if the bike does go to someone else, I know you guys here on this board will help me search high and low to find a good used Tri bike for cheap. So either way I'm sure It'll all work out.
