interesting that you bring up officing in downtown. we have been discussing that. during my visits it seems that the pulse of the culture, and the things that are really great about seattle are right downtown.
we would be working east coast hours, so even if the traffic issue is not a case of hyperbole, it shouldn't be a problem for us. in at 5-ish, out before 3-ish.
as i look at downtown to office, i was looking at bainbridge island for residence. the ferry to work everyday seems like a nice way to start and end the day. leave the driving to the cptn. are you familiar with bainbridge, or have an opinion about living across the sound?
